Get to know our New Home Specialist, Dia Beltram!

Dia Beltram has worked in real estate-related roles for 15 years, both as a broker and in on-site sales. When the challenging economy hit in 2008, she accepted a position at a contact center for what she expected to be a short-term gig, but eight years later she was still there in a managerial role. “I always knew I would return to real estate sales,” Dia says. “I kept up my license, just waiting for the right time and the right fit. I have found that here at Cothran Homes!” Dia is currently a New Home Specialist at Cothran Homes – and she loves it! “I first became familiar with Cothran Homes through my friend Louise Thomas. I decided some time ago this was the only company I wanted to represent, so when the opportunity came, I jumped on it! “I am so excited to be back doing what I really enjoy, helping people realize their dream of owning a new home. Especially when it’s in a brand new Cothran Homes townhome community like The Reserve at Asheton Lakes. I love the idea of being there at the start and watching the community grow!” Dia has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ, as well as an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Centenary College in Hackettstown, NJ. Fun fact about Dia: She grew up in Australia! “My family moved there for my father's business when I was 12 years old and stayed eight years.  It is my second home, and I love it!” Dia has seven grandchildren that keep her very busy!  In her spare time, she loves to swim, read and travel.
