Thoughtfully curated by Paige, our four interior design looks reflect all the latest styles and trends that our homeowners love. Buyers simply choose the design package that’s best for them, with the details that fit their family’s style. The Santa Barbara: Inspired by the American Rivera, the blue shores of the Pacific Ocean, beautiful lush figs and cascading palm trees. This portfolio suggests Mediterranean-style homes with creamy white stucco and pebble and slate lined drives. The color palette includes City Loft painted walls, Apex dark blue Hatteras kitchen cabinets with Calacatta Ulta quartz countertops and satin brass pulls. Details include wide-plank wood floors and grand floor-to-ceiling windows. The Santa Barbara is a lovely modern twist on a traditional Italian Mediterranean design.

The Hampton: Recalls the bone-white beaches, striking azure waters, lush green gardens and sea salt scents of the Hamptons. This portfolio evokes shingle-style and Colonial Revival homes offering understated elegance with relaxed style. The palette includes Alpine white Apex kitchen cabinets, Calacatta Classique quartz countertops and satin brass pulls. Wide-plank wood floors incorporate the architectural element of timber floors for that rustic driftwood look. The Hampton is just the right amount of contemporary mixed in with this timeless classic design.

The Hampton Gray: Similar to its counterpart, the Hampton, the Hampton Gray offers a more tailored, low-key elegance. This portfolio is cool and contemporary, taking inspiration from linen, sisal, natural stone, and weathered wood. The palette includes Apex Cloud gray kitchen cabinets, Calacatta Classique quartz countertops and satin nickel pulls. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the manicured courtyard. Luxurious Victory Lane Cold Water berber carpet adds the right amount of plush underfoot. The Hampton Gray is designed for entertaining, simplicity and laid-back luxury.

The New Chicago: A city of harmony and diversity is reflected in the richness of its American Four-Square, Art Nouveau and Craftsman-style architecture. This palette features Apex white Alpine kitchen cabinets, Arctic White quartz perimeter countertop with Calacatta Venice quartz island and matte black pulls. Details include a TriCorn Black Craftsman-style newel post and handrail winding around three flights of stairs with stained hardwood treads. Craftsman-style interior doors, crisp white baseboards and black-trimmed exterior windows add authenticity. The New Chicago is the perfect combination of order, symmetry and balance.
