The Best 3-Bedroom Floor Plans in Greenville, SC

The Carson

The Carson welcomes stunningly bright light throughout this 2-story plan. There are 3 different elevations to choose from, so you can find the exterior style that fits you. The covered porch and foyer guide the way to a spacious living room perfect for hosting guests. Beyond the living room is a lovely open-concept kitchen and dining area for all of your home-cooked meals. The Carson features 1,740 square feet of living space which includes 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, and a 1-car garage. The bedrooms are located upstairs with an airy owner’s suite tucked on one side and the additional rooms on the other. The owner’s suite features a large walk-in closet and a double vanity in the owner’s bath. The laundry room and closet are easily accessible on the top floor too.

The Kensington E

The design of the Kensington E offers plenty of space and functionality for families or anyone who enjoys entertaining. In the 2,120 square feet of living space, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, a loft, an office room, and a 2-car garage. This end townhome unit includes a large covered wrap-around porch giving you more space for seating or outdoor decor. The downstairs office and upstairs loft are great features of this floor plan that offer additional room for whatever you need. Don’t work from home? Turn the office into your personal craft room. Have school-aged children? Make the loft their homework area. You’ll have plenty of room to host holiday parties and get-togethers in the spacious living room area that opens into the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with a large kitchen island and pantry. Then for the ultimate luxury, the owner’s suite bathroom includes both a soaking tub and a standup shower.

The Princeton A

Another one of our best 3-bedroom floor plans is the Princeton A with 2,140 square feet of living space. This floor plan's unique design hosts the owner’s suite on the main floor for a bit more privacy from the additional 2 bedrooms upstairs. It also gives you easy access to the spacious living room where you can opt for a cozy fireplace as well as the covered patio to enjoy the views or host a backyard BBQ. The kitchen features an L shape with two access points from the foyer and hallway leading to the living room. A great feature of this plan is the laundry room tucked under the stairs along with the option for a cute pet room. Another major feature is the spacious upstairs loft that can easily become the movie room, a play area, or whatever you need it to be. Also upstairs are the additional rooms with their own closets, a full bathroom, and a storage room.

The Kensington A

The Kensington A floor plan includes tons of great features within the 2,060 square feet of living space. It offers an open-concept layout throughout its 2 stories. On the main level, you’ll find the half bathroom past the foyer. The long hallway creates a dramatic entrance into the spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen. Natural light flows through the space highlighting the kitchen with a large island and walk-in pantry. A winding staircase leads to an open loft that’s centrally located between the owner’s suite and 2 additional bedrooms.
